When you network and add your voice to the broader Chamber voice, your input is magnified. This is the main reason the Longmont Chamber has become more deeply involved with the Colorado Chamber Alliance, the Colorado Competitive Council (C3) at the Denver Chamber and our own regional alliance the Northwest Chamber Alliance for Boulder and Broomfield County Chambers. Each of these connections amplifies your voice. As we enter 2025, the Longmont Chamber has a great line up of events, programs and meetings scheduled; A line up that we believe is specific to Longmont business needs.

Foundation Forward: Building a Stronger Community Together
Fundraising on #GivingTuesday is new to us— as a 501(c)6 organization, the Longmont Chamber operates solely on the dues of our members and the sponsorship of our programs. With the help of the Longmont Community Foundation, we started the Foundation Forward fund so all contributions are a charitable donation and everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to support this effort.

During the State of the City event on October 17, we received a significant number of questions for our speakers that we were unable to address during the event. We shared those questions with our speakers, and they have given us their responses.
State of the City and Candidate Interviews Recording
On October 19, 2023, the Longmont Chamber hosted the first State of the City event. Longmont business owners and residents were invited to hear from Harold Dominguez, Longmont City Manager, as well as the Longmont Economic Partners. This insightful and engaging event provided a comprehensive overview of the current states of Longmont and the strategic initiatives shaping our future.
2023 City Ballot Question Positions
The Longmont Chamber board has recently taken positions on the three City ballot questions. The Chamber engages in a detailed and sometimes lengthy process to arrive at positions with discussion first in our Public Policy Committee and then our Board of Directors.
